 Lismar Builders is a family owned and operated company, with Marti Helfman leading up the design and interior design of each of their homes. Marti has been designing homes in Houston for 17 years and has been recognized by the Greater Home Builders Association as a PRISM Award winner for her Interior Design. She has been a model home merchandiser, National Director for Design Gallery, and a past winner for The Street of Dreams and many Bellaire Home Shows. She has assisted many homebuyers complete their dream homes with attention to detail and quality.
She has joined with Jonathan Adler, who supervises the construction and every detail of building their homes. His family has been in the real estate business for 45 years in the San Antonio area and he grew up in that business. All of the business transactions and contracts are handled by Bill Helfman.
Our company builds only Green Homes with Solar Energy, Tankless Hot Water Heaters, Re-claimed wood floors and beams, Green Garage Doors, and Al-Clad Insulated Windows. We believe in saving our Home buyers energy costs, while designing exciting, functional floorplans.
Every one of our projects reflects the quality materials, amazing design and energy saving features that we specialize in. All of our homes feature Solar Energy, Energy rated Appliances, reclaimed wood floors, tankless hot water heaters, and are Energy Star Rated. Our buyers will qualify for a 30% tax credit pm the cost of the solar system.
